I cannot get attach tug or be able to pushback? Also cannot move spoilers! Can’t get off of stand therefore cannot fly? Thinking of cancelling my subscription and deleting app “ not happy “

First off, welcome to the community! Second off are your engines already on? If they are I don’t believe you can attach the pushback tug. Regarding the spoilers, if you set them to the armed position they will only come out on landing. Flight spoilers however should deploy at any time.
Welcome to the community. Did you make sure all the ground vehicles were gone before you tried to push?

Will write in simple instructions in plain English:
There are set of procedures In order for the tug to push back:
On right side set of buttons , click on the GROUND SERVICE button to unlink the Catering, Gates and Cargo so they are not longer attached to the aircraft. You will see movements.
Once that’s done, then move down to click on SYSTEMS button to find LIGHTS.
Switch the BEACON LIGHT ON to make yourself and others aware you are about to move and then finally on the LEFT side set of buttons unlock the PARKING BRAKES.
When it’s completed, then go to GROUND SERVICE on right again for pushback, select ATTACH TUG and click PRESS.
This should work.

Thank you all for your advice this problem has only just occurred since new update was all fine before! By the way I’m not a beginner I’ve been flying happily on here for years!! 😁

Tried all of your advice cannot switch over to pushback (attach tug etc) it just remains on ground services even though brakes on beacon light on? Cannot move off stand
Oh ok no worries
You mention Parking Brakes is on - should be off mate and beacon light set ON.
Is the tug attached when you attempted this? Ensure the tug is already attached and no RUNNING ENGINES.
If that’s doesn’t work you need to turn off game and it should reboot it.
To be fair this happened to me on a couple of occasions that I couldn’t pushback even no engines running, parking brakes off, beacon light on etc
Respawned at same airport, at the original gate, still doesn’t work.
So randomly respawned at another airport at some random gate and it worked fine. Went back to the original airport with a DIFFERENT gate and finally works without a hitch.
It could be a bug related issue

I find it hard to believe nothing works now after an update unless there’s a connection.
Is your device working well? What’s your specs? Just thinking, the update came with additional 450MB to be added so check memory space?
I’m on iPad Pro 12.9 inch 256mb I’ve tried everything I was advised nothing connected to aircraft beacon light on brakes off then I then click on ground service and the icon will not move down to pushback? Also the same thing happens when I try the spoiler’s which won’t arm inflight either also can now only set altitude in 100s used to be able to go up in 1000s the whole thing is knackered since this update I’m paying for something I can no longer use totally fed up
Maybe make a GIF of what you’re seeing so we can further understand
I’m seeing everything I’ve always seen but when I try to click on the icon and move it down to get attach tug it doesn’t let me same with spoilers I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 5times now and still the same thing every time

What do you mean visuals? How can I do that? I’ve taken a video of what’s happening but where do I send it?
