I am now trying to sort out stuff before I immerse myself fully into this game again.
ATC SOUNDS
I have my volume turned on, SFX & ATC sounds on full, selected pilot & default voices. Yet, it worked the first day then when I went to change these two settings nothing came out of the speakers neither my contact towards ATC nor the ATC Voice to me. Airplane engine sounds and environment noise function properly. This also does not work when I send a message into an airport Unicom. I need this resolved so I won’t potentially overlook an ATC message, leading in trouble.
INVISIBLE AIRPLANES
Airplane Count is set at Very High, Automatic Airplanes Downloads Over Cellular Data is enabled, all Graphics at High, Hide Airplane Names & Dots disabled. I just feel quite lonely only being able to see my own and just airplane dots everywhere, not the actual aircraft.
That’s all, hope someone can detect the issue and guide me through how to troubleshoot these issues. Thank you!

Do you have your mute switch on? (The one to silence all sounds and notifications) that will also weirdly enough that will also mute any/all game audio you try to play. Unmute that if it’s on and sound should be back. For the planes one, I’m not sure why that’s happening. Could be server or wifi issues on your end.
Even I encountered this problem recently where the atc voices would just disappear except for mine. I even checked the connection status which showed that I am still connected (green tick). But unlike your case I could still see all the planes but they were stuck,didn’t move at all which was very weird. After that I closed the application completely also from background and after restarting it worked fine. I encountered this thing for 2-3 times now and always after re opening the application it would work again. Seems like a bug to me which should get fixed in next update
I’ve had planes just disappear from my screen as well but mostly cause I disconnected for a moment, they’d pop back on when connection returned but I’d have to reconnect to ATC and catch up to others who have moved forward in the line.
Weird but I think I have an ice breaker: on a busy airport I can visibly see solely one or two planes max while there are dozens present. Maybe that narrows out the situation?
I think the problem lies within your Xiaomi pad 5 itself, this might happen due to less internal storage or more ram usage in background activity. Also try lowering your graphics settings as well
The plane issue is resolved! For anyone wondering, it’s a slight hassle: go through every single plane in the IF menu and load every single livery available, by choosing the planes one by one then on the livery list, just spam tap on the bottom arrow till you have scrolled through every livery. I suppose this forces the game to download the liveries you opened thus able to load them in the server without wasting additional data.
