I was just opening up Infinite flight and was about to start a flight when I got the “no active subscriptions” message. I am very confused why I got this message because I renewed the subscription in March. I have tried restoring purchases and opening it on another device, yet it still shows the same message. What should I do?!

Try restarting your device and logging out and back in with your correct credentials.

if using facebook try changing the password to your facebook if logging out and logging back in does not work

Try logging out of your iTunes and then logging back in. I don’t think it has anything to do with IF itself.
