No Active Subscription

I have bought the monthly package, for 2 years I have done this! And today it says “Cannot find an Active Subscription” I haven’t cancelled it and don’t have a receipt as it was 2 years ago!

So you’re saying you bought a subscription 2 years ago for two years and now after two years it says no valid subscription? I guess that would mean that if finished…

Are you on iOS or Android?

First you need to check your respective app store subscription and make sure it did not expire. You could have set it to not renew at some point. It is set to auto renew until you tell it not to or it cannot process the transaction successfully.

If it is still active, as others have said a quick restart may help. Be sure to log out of IF and then restart your device. Log in again and see what it says.

There is also an option that says “I already have a subscription”

Monthly one is only for month.

Its not that. He has had the monthly one recurring for 2 years.

To answer your question @Liam_McAllister regarding how you can find your subscriptions on iOS.

You should be able to find recent purchases also

Go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> click on your Apple ID at the top - > View Apple ID -> subscriptions
