No active subscription when it has been cancelled

Hi,
I was just about to test out my new joystick when I found out that it said no subscription active. However it hasn’t been cancelled and it doesn’t run out until the 20th. Can someone please help.

Try a simple device restart. Usually helps :)

I’m going to buy it again but it should normally carry over

It expired January 7th and has not been renewed.
