No active subscription found

Good morning,
I have the same problem as many, when logging in they tell me “I do not have an active subscription”, close my session, when I re-enter it turns out that my data was deleted, I had 312 landings and today I am only 32 and I am grade 1 when in reality it was grade 3, does anyone else have this same data loss problem apart from the subscription problem?
