No active subscription found (just renewed)

Hey all,
I have been facing an issue with my Infinite Flight subscription. My subscription is set to renew today, but for some reason it says “No active subscription” found. I checked my subscription manager on Google Play, and it says that the subscription is active. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you,

If you have not deleted and re-downloaded the app, that might help. Don’t take my full word for it though as I don’t want it to maybe “delete” your account.

Hello @Ryandyc!

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”
