No active subscription even the payment is successful

Hi guys, is there someone here can help me with my subscription? I have purchased the 6 month subscription and as I called the customer service it says the transaction is succesful but as I checked my account on infinite flight, it says no active subscription.


If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

If you’re still unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above, please try the following:

  1. Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Install Infinite Flight from App Store again
  4. Tap “Fly online!”.

I have followed the steps that you’ve provided but still no active sunscription

I also have the same problem here. I’ve also restarted the app but still it doesn’t work

Hi I was able to follow the steps on making my 6 months work but still I can’t access my account due to unsuccessful subscription. I already checked with my purchased and they said the payment was successful. Can someone help me with my concern?
