No Active Infinite Flight Pro subscription found, Cannot connect to itunes

Bought a year long subscription, purchased and iTunes says it’s a subscription on the App Store, and recognizes it in the app, but then after pressing okay, it says “Cannot Connect to iTunes” and returns to the “No Active Infinite Flight Pro Subscription” screen.

This may seem unnecessary and redundant, but are you logged into the correct account in-app? Also, have you tried hitting “Restore Purchases?” Do you have a stable internet connection?

Yes, I did sign in on the correct account, and restore purchases was clicked but didn’t do anything really.

Okay. Do you have a stable connection?

Yes, very fast connection,

That’s strange.
Here, could you please provide all details of your device? You have iOS, so what is your iOS version, and what device are you using, etc?

Contact apple support if you cannot find an answer here and they should get you all fixed up. +1-800-275-2273.

It’s an IPad Air 2, latest iOS version, everything is up to date, and this is the first time I have experienced this issue. Don’t know why it won’t function and allow me to access my paid subscription.

Alright, I’ll see how that works. Thanks.

Apple Support will ask you if you’ve tryed contacting the developer. Let’s wait to call them and see if we can’t help you, eh? :)

Alright, good point haha. So what solutions do you have so far?

Hmm. Thanks for the detail.
Please go to Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions and see if the subscription to IF Live is there.

What might help is logging out of iTunes and logging back in. It should take away the “Cannot connect to iTunes”. Helped me a couple times.

That could definitely help, @Moment_Enjoyment.

Yep it’s in subscriptions.

Okay. Try what @Kyle_Green suggested.

I did that about twice so far, sadly didn’t end up working out with the same message popping up.

Ok. Did you delete the app and reinstall it? It usually works as good as new. That’s helped me as well.

Yes, still the error pop up came up, no luck there.

Oh boy. The only thing I can think of is hold down on the sleep button, slide to power off, and once it is fully powered off, hold down on the home button and the sleep button until the Apple icon shows up once, goes away, then a second Apple icon reappears.
