I just got back from a four day camping trip and turned on Infinte Flight to see that I’m at a Grade 1 for some crazy reason! I should be Grade 3. It says I have 6 violations in the last day but I haven’t played in 4 days… It also says I have 11 violations in the last week which I don’t think I had that many before even with the 6 random violations added on… I’m not sure what to do… thanks in advance for any advice!
If it really is an error, contact support. Anyone else get a hold of your device by any chance?
He just did, except he didn’t post in #support.
Have you tried to simply restart your device? It could be that it’s just stuck on the ones you got before heading out on your camping trip.

I did restart my device but they are still showing… it’s strange

Try flying briefly on the training server then end flight and switch back. Worked for me

I believe you but you should take a screenshot of your logbook, just for further proof. It can be found on the main startup menu on the left hand side, it’s circled in the picture:

Yes sometimes the stats don’t update so you need to fly for a minute or two. As you get more experienced with IF you will learn these troubleshooting steps. Welcome to the forum as well, Greta to have you here :)
