I have updated my iPad to 10.3.3 but the latest update is not downloading. I have see the other inquiries about this. And it seems my iPad is too old. In this case I want a refund.
Always include full device make/model when reporting issues.
What iPad version is it?
That’s not really going to help him/her…
They’re still expensive.
Disregard my last post.
As @philippe said, we would like to know the following:
OS (in this case iOS 10.3.3)
as well as if it supports OpenGL 3.0 and has at least 1GB of ram
The model is MD523LL/A
The announcements of the global update did not include that the older iPads (in my case it’s iPad 4th generation) would not work.
I’m having the exact same problem. My iPad 4th Gen is running IOS 10.3.3 and won’t download
Yeah this sucks. I don’t have money to go out and buy another iPad either.
iPad 4th gen is not supported; it is not a 64bit device
Ok then I’d like a refund of my annual payment of $
When did you purchase your subscription?
You can still play online (separate server) and have access to all the aircraft in the old version.
Also, what iPad mini’s can support the update?
I purchased on 10/10/17
I have been waiting for the new version to play. That’s why I paid.
On Apple you have to request a refund directly with Apple (we can’t issue refunds on our side); since it is recent and your device is not compatible it shouldn’t be a problem.
This might help: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Ok thanks philippe. I’ll try that
I have requested the refund.
