How can i create a new account on infinite flight?

You would need to create a new Infinite Flight account by using a different email address and then purchasing a separate subscription under that email. There are no rules against having multiple Infinite Flight accounts.
If you are referring to the forum, which I dont think you are but just in case, the forum terms of service only allow for one profile per person. Duplicates are not allowed.
