New Stripped KLM ASIA Livery

This stripped KLM ASIA livery just looks off.

It has the new nose style, like the official KLM livery, so the nose cone is in one color, but in this case “ASIA” is missing from the livery.

Is it me or does it look like there’s something missing :joy: (ik what’s missing)

I was used to the crown and “Royal Dutch Airlines” missing on KLM ASIA aircraft, but this just looks incomplete.

It looks… photoshopped

this is what it would look like if klm joined the way too clean and boring logo trend

It looks weird. I hope people won’t get confused between the KLM Asia livery and the KLM livery.

Didn’t know a crown and three words could do such a difference to the perception of a livery

“KLM” is also bigger, which makes it look very different.
Also, the “L” on the tail seems off.
Very strange.

Makes me wonder what’s so hard about putting 4 letters next to/below the “KLM”…

Or rather, why KLM Asia still exists at all…

I assume it has something to do with that.

Looks like a heat haze distortion. There’s another photo of it on Jetphotos, and the tail titles seem normal (though it was taken at the other side of the aircraft):

Well good to know KLM isn’t downgrading their main livery. I saw this a couple days ago and was left wondering if this was their updated updated livery lol

Omg those selecting new liveries for KLM and Korean Air need to go touch some grass, it’s absolutely not giving what it’s supposed to give, but yeah. Thanks for sharing !

Sometimes it’s not needed to change everything..

Looks too bland for my liking

It’s like … the king took off his crown, and then people realized that he’s bald (No offense)
At least it’s not the mainline livery

At this point why not merge KLM Asia into KLM like British airways did to British Asia airways? Airlines are able to fly to China and Taiwan without any extra airline now and also it could cause confusion. The aircrafts from KLM Asia could be used by KLM for further routes.
