New size limit for pictures?

I tried uploading a photo which had 5MB, and I couldn´t, because it said that the picture size was bigger than that.
According to @dush19 on this topic: “The forum cant upload pics if the size is greater than 10MB, make sure it doesn’t exceed 10MB”

It’s a small problem. Sometimes my screenshots upload sometimes they don’t. Basically just crop them a little.

I know, but I was wondering if the size limit had been reduced.
