New Phraseology in Australian ATC

There has been a recent change in the Australian ATC phraseology which has caused some confusion right after it was implemented.

They now have to say „via STAR“ or „via SID“ when they give clim or descended instrctions during approach and departure.

It seems like a very similar system was implemented in Canada a while ago. However, it was canceled not long after because it caused severe confusion for foreign pilots.

i feel like if countries want to change phraseology, they should do an international collaboration because of these confusions
