Not only is there already a picture topic (please see the reply of Chief305 above), but I also doubt that loading screen photos would contain the name tags of other players :)

He is talking about new loading screen pictures, not his best pictures.

Still, it is not necessary, if FDS wants to have new loading screen pictures they will ask the community to send them their best screenshots.
