Deleted App, reset iPad and restored app.
I’m still being given the choice of either subscribing to a new account or selecting that I already have an account which I’m told cannot be found.
Since I not only have an existing paid account and have paid for another last night, I’m still in the same situation.
Sorry this is being so complicated. Grateful for all the brain power out there to help get me back in the saddle
Can you check if your Apple-ID displays your subscription?

Hi. Checked and confirmed that I in fact now have an annual subscription to IF. Still getting the same message that IF doesn’t acknowledge my email account
Do this:
- Uninstall Infinite Flight from your device
- Restart your device
- Install the app again
I want you to grab a screenshot of what you see after tapping “Fly online!” once process above is complete.

Never mind, i poked around a bit and managed to find your blank account, so all the stats from your old account have now been transferred to the new one :)
Don’t forget:
Link your account to either Google or Facebook! Preferably Google as you don’t have a Facebook account anymore according to your previous posts in this topic :)
