As a frequent visitor to Colombia’s 
3rd most populated city, Cali. I often get excited when new routes come to the airport whether they are domestic, internationally to a neighboring country, to some other country in Latin America, The US 
or even much further like Europe. Alfonso Bonilla Aragon International Airport (CLO/SKCL) has definitely had its share of flights whether it be a flight to the nations capital of Bogotá on the nations flag carrier Avianca, A flight to Miami, FL 
on American Airlines or a flight across the pond to Madrid, Spain 
on Avianca or World2Fly. And even if they have since left like KLMs Amsterdam, Netherlands 
flights, it’s great to see these carriers give Cali a try!
A new carrier has touched down at CLO, Aeromexico with their new service to Mexico City, Mexico
using Boeing 737-800s or MAX8s. This service was inaugurated 2 days ago and is currently operating daily year round!
