Are ATC reports count as ghosting becuase I just spend 1 hour trying to get my violations to landings ration up and now I can get in because I have 17 atc reports somehow. so are the reports count as ghosting?
You can’t have more than 15 ghosting a year so I think you are banned until next year. Not too sure though.

ATC Reports = Ghostings. Same stuff, different name. Potato potato.

Yes, ATC ghosts are what count. 15 ghosts is the maximum for Expert in total. Not just one year.
So I’m banned from the expert server permanently I’m guessing
