Hello community!
For my birthday a few weeks ago I got a Canon SL3 too replace my aging T4i as a birthday gift. So today I finally got the chance to use the camera for spotting. So here are the photos from today.
One of United’s daily 777’s taking off out of Runway 25 heading out west for it’s 7 hour journey too Honolulu
This flight surprised me. Wasn’t on flightradar24 and I just happened too see it from a distance. So here is a FedEx 757-200F on short final for 35L arriving from Memphis. I’m personally a fan of the 757 without winglets.
One of a few United 757-200’s at Denver. This one is headed to Kona
Volaris A320neo heading down too Guadalajara
Probably one of the sharpest photos I’ve taken is a United 737-900ER heading down to the dessert
Frontier A320neo (Watson the Key Deer) taxiing too it’s gate after arriving from Nashville
United 757-300 climbing off of 25 heading out to the Bay Area
One of Frontier’s few remaining A320ceo’s which are soon too be retired soon heading out too Salt Lake City
United 777-200 climbing out of DEN heading too OGG in Hawaii
Denver Air Connection Metroliner pulling into it’s gate after arriving from Alliance
Thought’s on the SL3:
Personally I love it and I think @Guxk can say the same thing. It’s a great camera and easy too use. I’ve been using it for the past few days and it is very good. The AF is good. The picture quality is good. If you are looking for a new camera I would definitely suggest looking at an SL3. This camera combined with my sigma 100-400 lens creates the perfect combo.
