After some fiddling around using this website’s FPL Editor - I was able to come up with something that at least closely resembles that chart:
LICCLIBROARRIVAL.fpl (10.8 KB)
Starts at LIBRO, ends at INDAX. Simply download it and insert it onto the end of your flight plan.
