Need help with re-setting up airport editing

so i was cleaning my laptop out and i accidentally deleted my x-plane folers and files
i reinstalled the x-plane installer and it says that i already have x-plane installed but i deleted the files
i went to control panel and went into my programs list but i cudnt find x-plane there either
can anyone help?

I have Windows 10 64bit
