So I have five reports in two years and I can’t access the expert server . Is their anyway or anyone that can assist in either removing one of the reports or can help me remove it so that I can access the expert server again? (Infinite Flight not the same without flying on expert server)
You’re going to simply have to wait until your oldest report expires. From then on you can regain Expert server access.

Take a look at your Grade Table, your landing - violation ratio isn’t positive.

A good thing to do is to take a look at your logbook to see when you got them so you know when a years has passed for the oldest report and also why you got them so you don’t repeat the same mistake again.

It is I have 427 landings and 50 violations

You simply need to wait for the oldest report to fall off, also check #tutorials:flight for help so you don’t get reported again.
