Did you try dming the controller yet? If that didn’t work you can reach out to an atc supervisor.

If you would like to appeal a violation, you can contact the Appeals team. Go to the ATC category and you’ll find a pinned post that outlines the process. It can also be beneficial to privately discuss it with the controller, to trade perspectives.
If you would like to share general feedback, you can PM a controller privately and then take it from there.
