Hi everyone, I bought a MacBook today and have officially made the switch from Windows to Mac OS, and was beginning to download everything I needed onto it.
As I use Navigraph charts to use with Infinite Flight, I am proceeding to download it from their website when I get this error: “Navigraph Charts” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

Hi, try control clicking the app and then clicking open. That way it should still yell at you but still let you install

The issue seem to be that apple are blocking you from opening the file / app. What you need to do is go to your Mac settings > Security & Privacy > General
There you should see at the bottom a small text. It will say something like, Apple couldn’t verify this app. Next to it you should be able to allow apple to open it.

You’ll probably run into this issue with other software. This happens, because it isn’t being downloaded from the App store. Alternatively you could turn off the security in the same place as I mentioned above, but I wouldn’t recommend that.
