N1 issue A380

A380 from Sydney to Dubai I step climbed and now I’m at 39% load I climbed to my final altitude of 40,000 and the N1 keeps going over 100%

If that’s the case, you probably shouldn’t be so high, 39% load is light, but not that light, I would say you want to be no higher than FL380

But that’s simbreif altitude

Hmmmm, I see.

That is Simbrief, remember this is IF, so I would suggest physics are different that MSFS, you might wanna see the cruising profiles for the aircraft if you can find any

I will just back to to FL380 thanks

Okay, I just checked the profiles, it is okay to be at FL410 right now, I’m probably wrong, or this is a small bug

I wouldn’t worry about thrust too much

Yes the profile says I’m ok at such altitude but then the n1 keeps going over 100% sometimes to 104%

I am back to fl380 and then everything is back to normal

An N1 above 100% isn’t necessarily outside of operating limits on the A380, as you can see below:

Your screenshot shows 89% THR, which, as you can see is acceptable up to between about 5-10 degrees C TAT - which the temperature at FL400 is almost guaranteed to be below that.

Ok thanks then I don’t have to be worried I guess
