Actually, level 1 violations don’t remove you below grade 3 unless you get too many. So you’re actually good to keep flying! And don’t worry @mhmetib, almost everyone has several level 1 violations. I myself got three yesterday because I forgot about my flight but had armed VNAV and oversped

100%. Even very experienced IF pilots get Level One violations all the time. Nothing to loose sleep over.

But this violation says, you did aerobatics in airport proximity. Has nothing to do with overspeed.

Yeah, it’s the same level. IF only distinguishes between level 1, 2, and 3. I myself have a few Aerobatic Violations 
It turns out that even if you get permission to do a low flyby over LAX from ATC, the game will still get ya if you do a couple rolls

Well, that’s bitter then. Sorry to hear this.
That is indeed kind of sad and unfair. Especially when someone crashes.
With my old profile about 2 years ago, I got a violation for aerobatics because I made a too steep turn while making patterns, Banking hard, 60 degrees and pulling up hard to turn fast.
