I flew the Thai 747 from Heathrow to Bangkok a good few years ago. Sad to see them go 😕 one of the only 747s I’ve ever gotten the chance to fly on

I don’t see why not :) If his dad (I believe) approves, it’s fine. These are awesome memories to have! I’ve flown a few times on the 744 but my parents never photographed them. I was planning this year too with British Airways but they retired before I could :(
