I am in Chicago, but am having the same issue. I subscribed, got a confirmation e-mail/receipt from Apple for the purchase, but am not able to get the InfinitePro features.

Device looks jailbroken too, which could contribute to this error. Also, as in one of the posts, subscriptions are not supported in China. Which country are you residing in?
