Are you signed into the right account? It looks like a brand new account. Attempt to sign out and back in if you are certain that is your account

Hey, did you try pressing restore purchases or signing out and signing in again?

Yes I am signed into the account but I bought it TODAY and it didn’t work

Did you go to the bottom on the page when you click “Fly Online” and press on the lower left button called, “I Already Have An Active Subscription”, or something like that?

First restart the app and see if that fixes it. If not, Hit on “No active subscriptions” or go to “Fly Online” then tap “I already have a subscription” then go from there and re-enter your stuff

“Subscribe Now” then hit “I already have a subscription”. Just don’t let it repurchase another one

This is pairing up with another issue that someone posted in support that is showing the same main issue of not being able to access their brand new account. I’ve notified Support Staff Members and hopefully they can help you further with hard facts and help. Just chill for now and if you want, you can ask for the time waited can be re-added on to your subscription

Although it is displaying different factors behind it, it still could be the big main issue…

Hello!

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign out of your Infinite Flight account (tap your name in top right corner, then “Logout”), if you are signed in.
  2. Restart your device
  3. Open Infinite Flight
  4. Tap “Fly Online!”

The app should now retrieve and display the account with your subscription based on purchase registrations we receive from the store.

Okay, then we probably need to give iTunes a kick… this happens from time to time.

  1. Uninstall Infinite Flight
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reinstall Infinite Flight from App Store
  4. Launch Infinite Flight
  5. Tap “Fly Online"

What does it show?
