**I’ve been playing IF for a little over 6 years and I have been doing photos for a little over 3 years. I first started out just taking regular screenshots, but after seeing @Anshul’s photos it inspired me to try and edit like him. Of course things started off horrible. I knew nothing about contrast, saturation, how to properly set the time on IF as well as angles. I only ever gave up once though. @AndrewWu was actually the first person to comment on one of my posts and give me some tips and tricks and what to work on. So thank you for your advice! And thank you to everyone on the community who has been apart of my journey! (@Mort @United403 @1sma3l @if.sights @Haydentheavgeek @If.Beirut @if.brazil). I am sure I am missing a ton more.

New App
I was introduced to a new app called “LD” on the app store. You could do all sorts of filters, weather edits and even sunrise or sunset! I went ahead and tried using a sunrise photo and it worked so well. This was another one of my posts that got me some attention on here. I used to brag to others about how good this photo was. I was extremely proud of it and thought it looked quite good.

Sadly I cannot post more than 10 photos so I have to jump to other pics so sorry if there is a big jump in between them. Feel free to look at my topics though for all of my posts. After receiving feedback from multiple people on the community I kept changing edits. I kept seeing others using different angles in their photos and wanted to try it out.
This was one of my best photos yet out of all. After talking to @Maaiz he suggested that I try better angles including close ups. I went ahead and took his advice and got this shot. This was by far my best photo and I was extremely proud of how it turned out.

I had joined the IF Discord and saw someone taking other’s photos and pretending as if they were the new loading screen. I wanted to join in on the action but I wasn’t getting the right shots needed for it. I kept trying and trying and eventually ended up with this shot. It is quite the shot and there’s no editing behind it either. It’s all stock

IF.Kaden locks in
I had taken a very long break from IF. I had hit some mental health issues in my life and began to not enjoy things I used to. I played IF from time to time but I wasn’t really focused on it anymore. From March of 2024 to May of 2025 there wasn’t much going on. I was active but I wasn’t enjoying the game as much as I used to. I almost felt forced to do these flights and take photos. I happened to do a flight one day and was impressed by how much scenery there was on this flight. From what I remember this was one of my first pics I used tilting on and a little blur. I might have used it on other posts but this is the first one I could find.

Present Time
Now we make a big jump to today. I’ve come a long way when it comes to doing screenshots. Not even just editing them but making the angle look right. Of course there are a ton of photos and posts in between December and May but these are my most recent photos that I am extremely happy with. I guess it really is true practice makes perfect. Now I’m not perfect lol but I would say that I have made a lot of improvement over the years. It’s honestly hard doing photos like this. You have to get the right edits and colors. You don’t want it to come out all funky lookin.
