I arrived at the airport roughly around 2AM in the morning and had a nice breakfast in terminal 2. This was my view during breakfast. Also not to forget, the winds in Dublin at time were gusting 25knts-30knts which is quite bumpy and we will see that in a few hours once we get onboard.
After breakfast, I went to my gate and was ready to begin the journey. Both pilots, male and female seemed very experienced and after, we got ready to board the airbus a320-200. My seat was 07F and I found one of the special aer lingus livery out there. It was the older irish rugby team livery getting prepared for a flight.
We pushbacked on time and started out taxi to runway 10R?. Due to strong crosswind, the pilots informed us that it will be a little turbulent for the climb.
We started taxi at 06:15AM which was on time to my surprise because flightradar24 pushed the departure time to 06:40.
We climbed to FL370 and had a first glimpse of sunsrise above those clouds. We had a 1 hour and 10 minute flight so I didnt expect much.
We then started our top of descent into foggy amsterdam. It was a smooth descent and we were treated with a sunrise during the descent.
We have reached the coast of Netherlands ๐ณ๐ฑ, the waves were high and we were coming for the ILS 18C approach.
We made this right turn to final approach runway 18C and we have deployed the grear down.
Here, we are on short final runway 18C and we can see the beautiful condensation happening on top of the wings.
We have touched down on runway 18C on time and i must say, it was a bouncy landing. The runway was wet so the pilots applied manual brake pressure to vacate on time.
We have then made our way to gate D22 and have crossed this cool bridge on top of a motorway.

And thats my flight experience with aer lingus, last year i flew on KLM but on the 24th instead (my birthday) and they gave me a nice small gift which makes KLM as one of the best airlines in Europe in my opinion.
