My data is gone?

When I logged into my IF account yesterday, I found that all my homepage data was cleared and my pro subscription was gone.

Welcome to the community!

It would appear your IFC account has been erroneously linked to a blank account. Iā€™d recommend sending [email protected] an email containing the following info:

  • Callsign of the current, blank account
  • Callsign of the old account, the one with the active subscription
  • Purchase receipt ID for the subscription (you should be able to find it in your emails)

With this info, the two Infinite Flight accounts can be merged.
