My Boeing 737MAX8 adventure!

This WILL count as day 14 of my 25 days of pictures advent calendar

Iโ€™m hoping we all are having a good Saturday and have enjoy the first few flights on the all new Boeing 737MAX8, I went through a phase with this aircraft 2 summers ago which thankfully is over but itโ€™s still one of my favourite aircraft ever built but why? Well my favourite air route from Miami ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž to Cali, Colombia ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด uses the B38M and I was obsessed with this route and would constantly do it in IF and I still do it regularly to this day using variety of aircraft like the Avianca A320, American Airlines Boeing 737-800, 757-200 and even the 787-8 Dreamliner as it was used during a high demand period the spring of that year and ever since the latter event ended, the B38M has been the aircraft used and since I have some connections to the route, I figured it would be the first route I did with this new bird so here we go!

The aircraft for todays journey is N302SS a January 2021 built Boeing 737MAX8 which in the real world has been parked in Jacksonville since August for some reason but this isnโ€™t real life, itโ€™s a video game so itโ€™s flying today to Cali!

My first take off on this aircraft live had to be accompanied with crosswinds which to me were concerning since Tyler said that the rudder is sensitive in the tutorial video but luckily it didnโ€™t go as bad as expected ๐Ÿ˜…

a
Skipping around a bit in the air and we find ourselves leaving Jamaica ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ behind!

More skipping around we find ourselves on final for CLOs runway 02 ending the first flight of the day.

After deplaning from gate D17 to get myself a chicken sandwich ๐Ÿฅช๐Ÿ— along with an ice cream from a Ventolini in the departures hall, itโ€™s time to get back onboard our aircraft to fly back to the 305! ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Thankfully, our departure from Cali wouldnโ€™t have us deal with crosswinds which made our lives much easier compared to that take off from MIA earlier.

Canโ€™t go wrong with the MAXES winglet as we pass the Caribbean coast of Colombia ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ๏ธ behind!

Passing right by Jamaica ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ once again but accompanied with a BEAUTIFUL sunset ๐ŸŒ…๐Ÿงก

As it got darker, we got closer to MIA and soon enough we were on final for MIAs RWY 09 running directly parallel with Florida Route-836 locally referred to as the Dolphin Expressway ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿฌ

Our day of flying ends where it began, Miami International Airports north terminal concourse D the home of American Airlines here in the magic city ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž I really enjoyed both flights today and i canโ€™t wait to fly the MAX again whether it be on a short intra Florida hop, a flight up the east coast, out into the Caribbean or Latin America or even from the Los Angeles ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ“ธ area to Hawaii ๐Ÿ๏ธ๐Ÿข๐ŸŒบ stay tuned for next Friday as I embark on the final trip of 2024 and as always between now and the next time, see you in the sky! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‘‹

Every time iโ€™ve done this flight itโ€™s either been Avianca or AA B788. Last time we went was 3 years ago

Oh brother, when I last took AA to Cali it was on this aircraft and I did not expect this and didnโ€™t even know till like 2 days before the flight in history class lol.

Amazing pics! Itโ€™s nice to see you enjoy the 737 MAX already.

Iโ€™m enjoying it soo much. In my opinion, the best narrow body in the sim right now! :D ๐Ÿคฉ
