I am unable to change my ATC Thread name.

It means that your thread is too old to be edited.

After a thread has been created, you can edit the title for 60 days before you can’t erit it anymore.

In this case ask to close your old thread and open a new one :-)

you can ask a moderator or flag it as mentioned below

You can just flag it.

Flag it and a moderator will close it. Then you are more than allowed to create a new one.
