I basically have multiple acc with the same e-mail adress and the problem is that one acc is grade 3 and the other are grade1 but I dont remember the username for my grade3 acc

You cannot open 2 accounts via one e-mail account. This is valid for IFC and AppStore. However, you can still try to find a solution by contacting [email protected] .By the way, I was the one who replied with my MexicoVirtual Account, I apologize. by mistake.
