Try checking your internet connection, restarting the app, or reviewing your subscription/
Make sure you don’t have any other apps running in the background that take up significant background tasks, otherwise it may cause the lack of connection in the simulator.
Sometimes even restarting the simulator works and if not, try on mobile data and see whether the connection works.
