Feedback:

  • No need to wait until base/final to clear an aircraft. When you have 6 aircraft and 2 patterns going, you’re gonna wanna get anything you can out of the way. It also is kinda awkward for the pilot when you wait. If someone reports their position other than to tell you they’re full stop, you forgot their clearance.
  • Runway change: you could have had me enter LDW 23L from RUW 23R as there was no one on LUW. It’s best to get aircraft in their runways corresponding downwind ASAP to prevent future conflict and to get it out of the way.
  • Unnecessary “turn crosswind.” You don’t need to tell pilots how to fly a traffic pattern. I was already turning crosswind anyway.

Other than that, I’d say you’re doing fine.
