"Movie" folder deletes itself after A321 update for Android.

I made a post in this category because one day I wouldn´t be able to record my flights and this would appear: “Can´t start video capture, your device is currently not supported”. Someone told me to check and see if my Movies folder was on my phone, and it wasn´t, so I created a new one.

But now I can do nothing because the folder deletes itself every day, and even while recording. I hadn´t had any problems until the new update for the A321 came.

What can I do?

Device: Samsung Galaxy S5.
OS: Android 5.0

What exact device are you using? What version of Android?

A Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0 as OS.

A pop up would have appeared telling me about the update. Do you think it will solve the problem?

There was a topic about this. You go to device storage and make a folder named “Movies”. This fixes your problem.

When did it come out? Maybe restoring the phone to its factory settings would help, but I’ll wait for more answers.

You told me you got that problem, did it happen again?

I did that. The problem is that it deletes itself. 4th time with today.

Don’t know. I have a LG and i did that and it fixed it.

Then I don’t know. What I do after importing the videos to Windows is deleting them from the gallery of my phone. It can’t be that.
