You have too many violations to be Grade 3 .
You current ratio is 0.62 an the minimum is 0.50.
You need more landing in order to decrease your ratio.

Since you have 34 violations, you will need a total of 69 landings in order to rank up to Grade 3.

Violations can’t be removed.
What I would suggest is to get your landing count up to 69 landings and try not to incur any more violations.

you will need 14 more landings and you will be grade 3.

i would recommend to go in a citation on casual at a quiet airport and do some patterns and you will be up there soon :)
