Hi everyone, I don’t know if it’s just me but I think infinite flight need to add in weather like rain, thunder storms, and clouds most importantly. I’d like to see some people agree with me.
Hello! This should go in the features category. However, there was already something like this:
One of the coolest features that came as part of the Global update was low-level fog. It’s so cool to take off/land into, and flying over it to see hills poking out from below adds to the overall Infinite Flight experience.
But why limit these cloud layers to the surface? (There probably is a good technological reason for this, but I’m not a big computer guy so I couldn’t tell you). We know that adding individual clouds would kill the frame rate because of all the particle rendering involved. B…
It would be pretty hard to get lightning bolts in the game, but it would be nice if lightning was simulated by flashing lights being projected on the ground like how a lightning strike would project light. As of now, you can’t really tell if there’s a storm in a region, so I think this would be a step forward in dynamic weather.
