Ok so I’ve addressed this in the past I think and when I have this message sayng I’ve had a subscription with another account, this is my main account and I haven’t had an previous account based on that subscription.
This probably makes no sense but help would be appreciated!
First, Have you tried to Restart your device? And then, are you trying to buy a subscription?
Start with restarting your device and then we can go from there :)
Just restarted and still same thing
