I was approaching MMMX when I contacted approach. I waited, I then contacted them again. They wouldnt respond to me. They were responding to other aircraft. When I got close enough I contacted tower. I then got reported for following my flight plan when I never got vectored. I also was already cleared to land.

Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection. This has happened to me with a weak connection and LTE.
