Today with it being the 13th anniversary of the Miracle on the Hudson, I ordered the US Airways 320 “N106US” the actual airplane involved in the incident.

Thanks! It usually takes me a week to finish a model, but this time it took me more because I went on holidays, so the plane sat unfinished for a month.

Began work on the Italeri Dakota Mk.III in 1:72. I incorrectly painted the cockpit parts in light grey (as called out in the instructions). I’ll repaint them in Interior Green later today.

New addition to my collection.

JC Wings 1:200 KLM Boeing 747-406M, PH-BFV.

There is a lot I could say about this model, but I’m not sure I want to.
Let’s just say that there are many issues with models lately and buying and selecting models isn’t as fun as it used to be.
This is the eighth or ninth one I got out of the box.

It’s so cool they made this one, because I was on this specific aircraft while it was being serviced.

SO CUTE I love it!!

Finished my 1:72 C-47 yesterday. This 1:72 kit has more wingspan than my 1:48 Ta 154, so that should give an idea on how big the plane is in real life.
I don’t think I’ll build the Monogram 1:48 kit in the same scheme, the orange took ages to cover properly. The good part is that the primer avoided the orange paint from lifting after masking.

Next model will be a what if, an Argentinian Me 262A-1a.
