Yes it is, everything is larger, the layout is different and threads use the whole width of the page.

It’s not a mobile view, it’s called a fluid layout. :) Instead of setting the width of page contents in pixels, they are set in percentages.
A “mobile view” per say is a media query that determines your screen relestate upon loading, and if it is under a certain amount of pixels, redirects you to another page (often [sitename].com/m/ or m.[sitename].com)
