MMSD jetways don't work. Stairs connect instead

Device: M2 iPad Air
Operating system iPadOS 18.5

MMSD - Terminal 1 Gate 15

Jetway doesn’t connect - stairs connect instead. (see photo)

NB: I haven’t tested all the gates but I imagine Gate 15 isn’t the only one with this issue.
