You have received 6 violations for the past 24hrs. Minimum amount of violations past 24hrs for Grade 2 is 5, for Grade 3 it’s 2 and additionally, 3 violations is maximum for the past 7 days for Grade 3.
I recommend you have a look in your logbook for further details.

Yeah, you got 6 violations in 1 day, that’s why you are grade 1. You need a maximum of 5 violations to be grade 2 and 2 violations to be grade 3
