Minor grammar error on sign-in page?

I was playing around with the new log-in system and found this:

I don’t think there’s a need for the ‘not’ in the sentence; as without the ‘not’ the sentence would still make grammatical sense if not make more sense without making it a little contradictory by having the ‘no’ at the start and then the ‘not.’

It’s a very minor error, or the ‘not’ is there on purpose to reaffirm that no account was found in the system.

I’m not sure what to make of it the more I think if it makes grammatical sense. What do you guys think?

Yea it looks like a grammar error but idk, not the biggest of deals but I guess if a devs is coding/editing around there the could fix it or take a look at it
