The Minnesota Air National Guards 133rd Airlift Wing (based at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport) will be getting 8 new C-130J Super Hercules aircraft after MN governor Tim Walz (D) pressured Congress for a partial fleet overhaul. These will replace 8 of their C-130Hs. “These upgrades will help ensure our Minnesota Air National Guard is equipped to answer the call to serve our state and country," said Gov. TIm Walz.
