Hello folks, this is part 2 of this second trip going from Atlanta to Los Angeles as I have done the second and final leg on United Airlines Flight 284 from Chicago O’Hare to Los Angeles 🌴🇺🇸. Laying over at Chicago O’Hare airport, I didn’t buy any snacks to snack on the plane. Just sat and waited until boarding commenced for Los Angeles. I hope you guys enjoy my trip report. Here go the shots.
Final Flight: United Airlines Flight 284 - Chicago to Los Angeles 🇺🇸

Origin: Chicago O’Hare International Airport (KORD)
Destination: Los Angeles International Airport (KLAX)

After arriving at ORD airport at Terminal 2 Gate E10, I went through Terminal 1 Concourse B, down the escalators, through the tunnel, and up the escalators and here I am at Gate C20 for my layover at ORD airport before my plane pulled up to the gate and here it is, parked, ready for us to board down to LA 🌴🇺🇸
After pushing back out of Gate C20 and the United Airlines B777-200 Safety Video being played, we taxied to RWY 28R for takeoff out of ORD airport
Then the captain 🧑✈️ goes “Flight Attendants, prepare for takeoff” before we entered and lined up RWY 28R and done our takeoff roll out of ORD
And off we gooo to Los Angeles 🌴🇺🇸. Goodbye Chicago 🇺🇸

Cruising somewhere over Western Kansas at FL380 as snacks were served with a choice of beverages. Snacks included were Biscoff Cookies and another Stroopwafels 🍪 and I got Sprite once again 🥤. I was listening to music 🎶 once again throughout the flight until we have descended and have heard “Flight attendants, prepare for landing”. After eating my snacks, the flight attendants came along and collected trash and then chewed bubblegum. I also played Candy Crush Saga on the IFE, and then Hangman, and finally Sudoku while listening to music 🎶 .
Fast forward as we have begun our descent, getting near Los Angeles 🌴🇺🇸 before, as mentioned earlier, the captain announced, “Flight attendants, prepare for landing” as we had to put away our tray tables, our cellular electronic devices, etc in preparation for landing in LAX airport
Here we are on short final RWY 25L at LAX airport before we touchdown Los Angeles 🌴🇺🇸
Woo hoo, we just landed in LA 🌴🇺🇸 baby. We just landed as we exited RWY 25L and crossed RWY 25R before taxiing to our arrival gate Terminal 7 Gate 77.
And Hello Los Angeles 🌴🇺🇸 as we arrived at Gate 77 LAX airport and here is the photo of my plane after getting off before heading to baggage claim 🛄 and proceeding to the LAX People’s Mover 🚆 to head to the LAX Rental Car center car 🚘 to rent a car and head to AC Downtown Los Angeles Hotel 🏨 for a week before heading down to the 🌴😎🇺🇸 305 MIAMI. What a great flight I had on my first time on the United B777.
And that completes the second trip of my mini summer vacation.
